Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to ensure every client is happy with our service. Please read our policy carefully:
• We do not offer refunds after treatments have been completed.
• If you experience any issues or are not satisfied, please contact us within a reasonable time.
• We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, make necessary adjustments or repairs to your nails free of charge (within our guarantee period).
• For gel polish, we offer a 3-day guarantee, and for gel extensions or gel refill , a 7-day guarantee.
• After the guarantee period, repair of one nail costs 50 DKK.
• Refunds for prepaid bookings are only available if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

This policy follows Danish consumer protection law (Forbrugeraftaleloven §17-18), which allows businesses providing personal beauty services to exclude refunds once the service has been performed.
