Terms of Service
These Terms apply to all services provided by NailsHub I/S.
- Booking & Cancellation
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 200 DKK fee.
• You can cancel directly via our booking platform or by contacting the salon. - Late Arrivals
• Please let us know in advance if you are running late.
• A delay of up to 15 minutes is acceptable, after which the appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened. - Payment
• Payments are accepted only via terminal, MobilePay, or online during booking.
• We do not accept cash payments. - Repairs & Guarantee
• If something happens to your nails due to our fault, we will repair them free of charge within the guarantee period (3 days for gel polish, 7 days for gel).
• Changes of color or design after the treatment are not included.
• After the guarantee period, repair of one nail costs 50 DKK. - Maintenance Recommendations
• Shellac: refill every 2–3 weeks
• Gel: refill every 3–4 weeks
Over time, material naturally wears down. Please avoid pulling off the material yourself, as it can damage your natural nails. - Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors (e.g. household chemicals, mechanical impact, or lack of refill within the recommended period).
